I built this from the inside out (not from a textbook)

My health story started when I was in grad school. I was driven, high-achieving, pushing through a demanding program — when almost overnight, my body started falling apart. Anxiety. Panic attacks. Cystic acne. GI issues, irregular cycles, and brutal PMS. I went to the doctor and was handed two prescriptions: birth control and an SSRI. I ended up throwing them both in the trash. Not because I was being reckless, but because I knew those were band-aids. I wanted to know why.

That question led me to functional medicine. And alongside the physical healing, something else started shifting too. Going through that season made me realize that my physical health and my spiritual health were never really separate.  And the more I leaned into my faith, the more I understood that healing had to happen on both levels. My relationship with God became a huge part of my own health journey and because of that I couldn't imagine doing this work without incorporating it. It's woven into everything — the way I think about nervous system regulation, identity, rest, and what it actually means to take care of yourself.

Then life handed me a different kind of education.

I’m happily married to an NFL player, which sounds glamorous, and sometimes it is. But what it actually means is four moves in eight years, frequent travel, offseason in one city and season in another, schedules that don't care about your Sunday meal prep. What I found, even with my training, is that I could not hold it all together alone.

There were weeks where nutrition fell completely apart. Workouts stopped. I was getting off coaching calls talking to clients about blood sugar regulation and cutting out processed foods while I was quietly eating Chick-fil-A while moving across states. And I felt that gap every single time.

And what I realized in those moments wasn't shame — it was clarity. It didn't matter how much I knew. It didn't matter how much I cared. Without the right support and structure around me, consistency was nearly impossible during those seasons. Knowledge alone was never going to be enough.

What I needed was someone on my team who could look out for my health, see what was coming up, and help me execute the pieces I couldn't manage alone. I realized: if I struggle with this, even with all my training and intention, then every high-performing woman does. That's not a personal failure. That's a structural gap. And it's the gap I built Align to fill.

This is the support I wish I'd had, and I built it so you don't have to figure it out alone.

I work with high-performing women who are building something big and need their health infrastructure to match. Women who are smart, capable, deeply intentional and still can't seem to get their health to stick. Not because they lack discipline or desire, but because they lack continuity, strategy, and a team that actually moves with them.

My approach is rooted through a functional lens — looking at root causes, patterns, and the full picture of how your body is operating — and built around the reality that life does not pause for your health routines. We go deep on hormones, gut health, nervous system regulation, nutrition, and the mindset and faith elements that shape how you heal and how you operate. And we stay. Through the transitions, the busy seasons, the moments when everything falls apart at once.

This work is not about fixing what's wrong with you. It's about building the capacity to sustain the life you are called to live.

If that resonates, I'd love to connect. Click below to learn more about working together.
